We will meet with you to get to know you, your home, what you require and your vision for your project. A thorough initial consultation is vital as it defines and sets the direction of the project. We gain a deeper understanding of your desires for your home and your overall style, whether you have a passion for Fine Art, Modern sculpture, or a love for Antiques. What type of colours and finishes you prefer.

Based on the information gathered, our designers will create a plan giving you several options with quality solutions within your budget. Taking into account your specific requirements, vision and lifestyle previously discussed in your initial consultation.
During this phase, we will begin developing the design concept planning how your interior will look. We work with 3D software to conceptualise the vision and design of your new home and how the finished project will look, bringing the project to life. Now that the conception direction of your home is established, we will present you with custom boards. These boards contain all the fine details of your project, such as architectural finishes, colour schemes, kitchen cabinetry, hardware, fabrics, soft furnishings, lighting and furniture choices. Once completed you will be provided with a recommended floor plan, furniture designs and layouts.
Equipped with all the details, design layouts, designs options and finishes finalised, we can now move on to the next phase. Organise a schedule and communicate all the information to the building contractors.
With all the designs approved and established, we will begin preparing specifications, obtaining quotes, sourcing and ordering materials and supplies, tracking everything needed to complete your home. This saves you valuable time, stress and money.
Furniture & Finishes procurement
During this phase, a design presentation and a site visit from your design team will occur. We will be back on site to walk through the site and check the progress of the build or renovation and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our experience and technical knowledge give us the ability to manage your project throughout the whole process. Overseeing contractors and various trades to ensure all aspects of the work is taken care of and completed ensuring the design intent is maintained.
Construction & Coordinating Trades
The day has finally arrived; after months of planning, designing and construction your hard work is finally rewarded! The vision has become a reality. Your house is now your dream home.
A punch list is composed, and a final walkthrough is completed. On completion, we will arrive onsite and spend the time necessary to properly install all the furniture, furnishings, all those beautiful finishing touches and accessories. Transforming a house into a home creating you the perfect place for you to enjoy and share with your family and loved ones for years to come.
