This is our Virtual Interior Design Service, an alternative to a Full-Service Interior Design Project. It is entirely online and through the convenience of modern technology and great team collaboration. We design and create spaces for Clients globally with the same quality and attention to detail to achieve the same level of design, perfect for clients who require a designer's expertise but are willing to do the installation, project management, and styling themselves.

We gather information from you to understand what your vision and desires are for the space. We will then create a bespoke custom design plan, and mood board with design colour concepts, furniture and finish selections and a shopping list for you to implement yourself at your own pace. If you like to DIY, then this is definitely an excellent option for you.
Our Process
All our virtual design packages include all the design tools necessary. A key elevation and 2D detailed floor plan to help visualise your space. A designer's how-to guide with a to-do list and tips to help you implement the design or hand it over to the builder to ensure the design intent is met.

Completely Online
All correspondence and communication for your project will be conducted entirely online. Leaving you time to relax and enjoy the whole design process from the comfort of your home. Scheduling an appointment with your designer couldn't be any easier all done through your chosen design package.
Each project will vary depending on which design package you purchase and the scope of the design. On average, you will have a completed virtual design package within 3-4 weeks after submitting your design questionnaire and measurements.

The Design package includes a curated shopping list of all Furniture, Soft Furnishings, Lighting, Accessories and ArtWork. Once you decide on your chosen pieces, you may use our personal shopping service with clickable links. Our dedicated personal shopping team will handle everything on your behalf, order your products, coordinate deliveries and even take care of any returns.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our virtual design packages. We encourage open communication with our clients and involve you through the whole design process. Our Design packages include revisions to ensure that you are delighted and happy with your design.
